network/openntpd: Added - OpenNTPD is the network time protocol
   server/client developed and maintained by the OpenBSD project.
   It is intended as a replacement for the stock Slackware ntp
   package.  Be sure to read the README file for important
   information about adding the _ntp user and group; we're
   looking at some better code to handle this, but it's not ready
   yet.
