libraries/fftw: Added two extra compilation steps to produce single-
  precision and long-double-precision versions of the libraries.

libraries/rlog: Added - RLog provides a flexible message logging facility
  for C++ programs and libraries.  Thanks to Heinz Wiesinger.
office/openoffice.org: Updated for version 2.3.1.  Thanks to Robby Workman.
system/encfs: Added - EncFS is a program which provides an encrypted
  virtual filesystem for Linux using the FUSE kernel module.
