it should be ChangeLog.

+ In libdvdplay there's a ChangeLog in $TMP/$PRGNAM-$VERSION, but it just never
copied so just add 'ChangeLog' to:

"cp -a AUTHORS COPYING INSTALL NEWS README THANKS TODO \"
