I tried to compile gtk+2-2.10.6, but it required a lot more dependencies, and I gave up, cos I want to keep my Slack 11 as clean as possible.

I tried with some precompiled packages of pygtk from slacky.it and develia, but again that segmentation fault. Even when I run nicotine as ./nicotine in the untarred sources, I get segmentation fault. I am really at a loss now :(
I tested the entire chain of dependencies for nicotine+ on
a Slackware 11.0 system, and I do not get segfaults. Unless
others have not posted about them, I do not think they are
getting segfaults with it either.
