[Slackbuilds-users] Python C extensions and SLKCFLAGS

Hello,

Is there any reason to use SLKCFLAGS in SlakcBuild scripts for Python C
extensions, when Python itself is providing CFLAGS for them used at its
compilation time?

And those are "-O3 -march=i486 -mtune=i686".  You can see it in
http://slackware.osuosl.org/slackware-12.1/source/d/python/python.SlackBuild
