For those of you who keep a local rsync mirror, hang on a few minutes
before you start it.  I'm going to be regenerating all of the tarballs
and gpg signatures so that the build scripts are mode 0755 inside the
tarballs.  I'll post a note here when I'm finished.  --rworkman
