I know that you can grab the sources from debian.
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/abcde/
But thats an newer version but still not new.

I saw that freshmeat points to http://code.google.com/p/abcde/ as homepage.
But i think the http://freshmeat.net/projects/abcde/ might do as 
homepage also if the real one is down.
