Yes it's that time again!

There is a new release of Slackware-13.0 and with that the new repo is
also made available at http://slackbuilds.org/repository/13.0/

Please note that that the build scripts are now available for both 32
and 64 bit. This also means there are some changes you need to be
aware of when submitting new or updated builds to us. More details on
that can be found here:  http://slackbuilds.org/guidelines/
