emacs?  You mean people actually *use* that stuff?  ;-)

Probably they should go to the relevant category if it's clear -- e.g.
a music player goes to audio -- or if it's some multipurpose thing
(and being emacs-related, I'm guessing that these will be more common),
then perhaps Misc or System or some such.
