It says it requires qt4, but you don't *have* to build a GUI.  By simply adding --disable-gui to the configure line you can build this very quickly and simply use ophcrack from the command line.  Perhaps the script can be changed to make qt4 an *optional* dependency or at least have a note in the README mentioning the above information.
