Have a closer look at that line:
"drw-r--r-- root/root 0 2009-09-17 01:04 ccsm/"
When a directory does not have the executable bit set as in your ccsm
tarball, it is impossible for anyone to get a directory listing from
it. That is why your submission of it fails. Run "chmod +x ccsm" for
that directory, re-pack it and re-submit it.
