This was mentioned in a previous thread in the mailing list.
Before the old homepage went down it said something like " Terminus font 
moved to http://sourceforge.net/projects/terminus-font/ " so i guess thats 
what should be used.
Also the download url can be shortened to 
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/terminus-font/terminus-font-4.30.tar.gz as 
the below pattern fits to all sourceforge hosted projects:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/$PRGNAM/$PRGNAM-$VERSION.
