Thanks. This will be fixed soon one way or another. For now, this

still has it and it can also be gotten from

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/industrial-cursor-theme_0.6.1.3.tar.gz

but I'm not sure if either of those will last. It does seem to be going
from Debian mirrors and maybe Ubuntu, too.
