I was also seeing RSSOwl 2.0.5 crash on a full install of Slackware 13.1 32 bit.
(worked fine on a 64 bit install)
Adding the line:
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/lib/seamonkey
To the file:
/usr/lib/RSSOwl/RSSOwl.ini
Fixed the problem.
