Ok, trying not to be as dumb as last time, I did check
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://www.fox-toolkit.org/ which
seems to concur that the page is down. I found fox-toolkit.net, but the
versions on their download page appear to be out of date.

Does anyone know of an up-to-date mirror?
