[Slackbuilds-users] protobuf BUILD tag mismatch

It seems there is a mismatch between the BUILD tag value in
protobuf.SlackBuild in the repo and in the tarball in the repo. The
SlackBuild has BUILD as -1 in the extracted repo but the tarball
contains the exact same SlackBuild with the exception of the BUILD tag
(which is set to -2). If you check the SlackBuild from slackbuilds.org
and then check the SlackBuild in the tarball you'll see the difference.
I just noticed this because sbopkg is perpetually telling me that I
have a newer version than the one in the repo even if I 'downgrade'.
