[Slackbuilds-users] Orphaned packages

Since nobody else has stepped up I'm willing to take on ekiga and its
deps opal and ptlib.

I used to use it a lot for SIP so I'm familiar with it.

One question though - does ekiga make use of ilbc? If it does I will
take that on too.
