  I've been trying all day and it simply comes back with 'no such site' type
  thing (I use seamonkey and firefox and konqueror). All three browsers I have
  set to 3 minutes to timeout, more than enough to start a download.

  The maintainer of 'emoc' says he thinks my ISP is messed up or the server
  "was" down. My ISP doesn't block websites, and I can go anywhere on the 'net
  I wish, and I've been trying to download that tarball since about 12 noon
  today, going there approximately every half-hour to give it a try.

  Sooo...I just need to know if I'm the only person having the trouble or not.
