[Slackbuilds-users] Optional Dependency Loop

I am trying to install ffmpeg with all optional dependencies but I was
faced with an impossible task:

ffmpeg has frei0r as an optional dependency
frei0r has opencv as an optional dependency
opencv has ffmpeg as an optional dependency

Do you have an idea how I can get out of this loop or do I have to
forfeit some optional dependencies?
