[Slackbuilds-users] update for mosquittto

This update is not to clear Checklist.txt so if there's no time to include it for 14.0, oh well . . .

I have the changes in a github repo at:

Apart from wanting to try a package update via github like this (is simply quoting the branch url as above sufficient?), there's a big and worthwhile version update which includes encrypted communications (that depends on python-2.7 as in -current).

The other main change is that the build system now uses cmake, rather than having to patch a config.mk file.

Hope there's time to include it.
