Since it's now out of Beta, i have updated the script to reflect the changes
I have also updated the README:
The 64-bit package now works in a native environment.
For 64-bit machines with multi-lib environment, please use the 32 bit
package as this is a 32-bit/multi-arch package and it requires these
32-bit packages: glibc, zlib, freetype, alsa-lib, GConf.
=========================================================================================
This is based on the information i got here
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/help/363-How-do-I-install-TeamViewer-on-my-Linux-distribution.aspx
Notes to Multiarch:
On newer 64-bit DEB-systems with Multiarch-support (Debian 7)
teamviewer_linux_x64.deb cannot be installed because the package
ia32-libs is not available anymore on these systems. In this case you
can use teamviewer_linux.deb instead.
=========================================================================================
I still need to verify whether a native 64 bit does works or does it
stilll need a multi-lib environment
i'm planning to install Slackware64-14.0 on a virtual machine to try
it, but i would be happy if someone who uses 64-bit machines (both
native and multi-lib) can also test this
