[Slackbuilds-users] Openshot, mlt and frei0r

If stormstracknole prefer to keep things as they are, I can add a note like
this to the README

NOTE: to use frei0r plugins in openshot, it's mandatory to build mlt with
frei0r already installed.

But I think mlt can benefit from default frei0r support, so I still like
the other solution more :)
