[Slackbuilds-users] Update eric ide and pudb

Update:

  - Eric4 Ide to version 4.5.16
  - pudb to 2013.5

to current and 14.1 Slackware version.

The package pudb need pysetuptools package in version 1.3 or last. The 
current version is 0.9.8.
