[Slackbuilds-users] pelican depends on Jinja2 >= 2.7

Last time I tried, in December, Jinja2 2.7.1 was unable to build its
own docs, failed with both Sphinx 1.1.3 and 1.2.  So, I kept the
Jinja2 at 2.6.
