[Slackbuilds-users] pelican depends on Jinja2 >= 2.7

To be clear, it was Jinja2 docs that failed to build (DOCS=yes).  But
I just found a patch (a pull request on Jinja2 github) that fixes the
issue.

I'm submitting an update for both Jinja2 and Sphinx.
