The webkitgtk build process fails if run with multiple parallel jobs,
so it will only use one of your cores.  On a 3.2GHz box I expect about
3.5 hours.  For you it'll be ~ 4h 20m at a guess.

If it's any consolation, webkitgtk is (I think) the absolute longest
build in SBo.  Also, for anything that *does* use multiple jobs, your
box is faster than anything I've got here... so don't feel bad if some
boy racer boasts about 45 min compiles of webkitgtk (probably bs).
