hi Luiz,
thanks for the patch, but this has been reported to me yesterday by
Julio Dimitrov: midori developers keeps behaving bad and removing
their tarballs as soon as they release a new version, breaking
download links.
so I have committed yesterday an update to the new version (that I
just pushed on our git), self-hosting the tarball (so that building
from SBo won't break anymore, even if they update it on their site).

P.S. regarding the copyright: I added mine just because I maintain the
script since a while, personally I don't usually do this for just some
modifications...
