The archive is called numpy-legacy, so are the SlackBuild and .info
files inside it, but PRGNAM="numpy" is inside the SlackBuild and .info
files. All these have to agree.

Also the slack-desc lines are prefixed with numpy: still (should be
numpy-legacy:).
