the only supported slackware version is the latest stable, 14.1, and
the present shutter script is this

http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.1/graphics/shutter/

I'm telling you this because you seems to be looking at an old version.

if you're interested in an update for slackware-14.1 I suggest you
write to the present maintainer.
