I use lxc containers. It comes with Slackware and works out of the
box with the slackware template. All you need to do is set up a
bridge on your primary NIC so you can download the sources, sbopkg, or
any other development software you need. For x86 testing I still use
virtualbox (headless) since my laptop is running x86_64. I don't
usually build on multilib since it's not officially supported by SBo.
This set up also works with wifi.
