[Slackbuilds-users] new i3 version and new dep - libxkbcommon >= 4.0

Oops, my home machine has a Slack current mid 2014 (which has
xcb-util-cursor installed), my work machine has a Slack current pre 14.1
which doesn't have xcb-util-cursor in the repository. I tested i3 in my
work machine...
