libavcodec.so is included in ffmpeg, so it's just a guess based on
what i have seen in the error message :)

your ffmpeg is linked against the old libva, so when libva is upgraded
with some soname bump (like in this case), it will broke other package
that were linked against the old version.

All you need is to rebuilt so that it's linked to the new one
