A better fix, IMHO, would be to use the preserve_perms() function
in doinst.sh to keep whatever permissions are on the existing file
on the installed system (if one is there). Otherwise, it doesn't
matter what perms on rc.postfix, as it's not executed by any other
script on a default system.
