Do you use ksplice regularly, what do you think about it?  Is it
reliable?

I can take over libraries/tsocks because I use it occasionally and
it's a useful little program.  There has been no upgrade since 2002
http://tsocks.sourceforge.net/ so there shouldn't be much to do here.
