The file julia-0.3.3-linux-i386.tar.gz is gone from the upstream site, replaced with: https://julialang.s3.amazonaws.com/bin/linux/x86/0.3/julia-0.3.3-linux-i686.tar.gz I don't know anything at all about julia, so haven't tested julia.SlackBuild with this, but the build maintainer probably should take a look...
