[Slackbuilds-users] DevIL download link update.

*When* the Sourceforge page dies, and not before, I will update the
SlackBuild. It In that case it will likely go to GitHub for the homepage
and Launchpad for the source tarballs.

For now, the SlackBuild will be left alone, for reasons that I've already
given.
