[Slackbuilds-users] perl-template needs updating

I'm not an expert, but it wouldn't surprise me if the answer was Yes.

When we were doing the big update for 14.2, Matteo pointed out that
every SlackBuild using "Build method #2" was broken because
Module::Build was removed from the perl 5.22 core.  So, if new
upstream versions were available that used "Build method #1", we
updated them.  Otherwise, we added perl-Module-Build as a dependency.

But we forgot to update the perl template to say that "Build method
#1" is now preferred, and "Build method #2" now requires
perl-Module-Build.

So if everyone agrees with Andreas' suggestions, I'll post a draft
revised perl template here for discussion, and then we can get that
merged.
