Mainly because when a new version is released, the previous version 
disappears. Since new versions seem to be quite regular, the SlackBuild 
is likely to fail because it can't find the right plantuml version.

Maybe we can keep versioned copies at slackbuildsdirectlinks and use 
them instead.
