That's not how tor-browser works.
when you run tor-browser from your local account, the source will be
copied to your home directory as well and your user will use it
instead of the one in /opt. I know it's waste of space, but that's not
my decision.

yep, some are unused. I will fix that as soon as i got back home in
the next few days
