For your information, to build qt5 without qtwebengine:
- add "-skip qtwebengine" to ./configure
- comment out sed -i 's|-Wl,--whole-archive.*-Wl,--no-whole-archive||' 
$PKG/usr/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}/pkgconfig/Qt5WebEngineCore.pc

in the qt5 SlackBuild.
