***NOTE: text-to-speech is now an available option in mumble with
SPEECHD=yes
 and requires additional optional dependencies:
-You will need one text-to-speech engine installed. For example:
   flite      on SBo, not working, no deps (optional voices)
   festival   not on SBo, not tested
   espeak     on Sbo tested/working, requires portaudio (on SBo)

-New dependency packages:
   accessibility/speech-dispatcher  (speechd)
   libraries/dotconf
