Thanks for the feedback, that makes sense, light is right :)


Maybe another solution could be to add all the extension in the 
slackbuild, but comment them.

With a note on the README page stating that you can uncomment what you 
need ( or pass extra args to the Slakbuild )

That way we don't change the philosophy of compiling only what is needed .
