Hi David,

here lash builds fine.
as it uses texi2html to generate the html manual, might it be because
in your case are you using something like "sudo" or "su" and not "su
-" to launch the SlackBuild?
please refer to step 3 of the HOWTO (https://slackbuilds.org/howto/).
