Here's the last update in April

Some wayland-related scripts got added and vlc is now equipped with a
new optional option to include Wayland support. LibreOffice is also
updated to support parallelism during building.

We also have new maintainers for scripts that was in pasture. However,
there are still more than 100 scripts in pasture branch. We tried to
keep this scripts in our repository during next development cycle, so we
need your help to step up and take over those scripts.

One small mistake slips our radar and that's path.py. It's missing
closing quotes in the DOWNLOAD line. I have fixed it on my branch and it
will be included in the next update.
