[Slackbuilds-users] Why the repository doesn't have SlackBuild file set to 755?

I'm just curious why none of the files inside category/package/
doesn't have 755, all of it were set to 644, while inside
category/package.tar.gz, it has 755 (i.e. SlackBuild file).
