Hi Donald, hi all,

dash supports linking against libedit (which is also on
slackbuilds.org) to provide basic editing capabilities on the
interactive command line. This would involve adding '--with-libedit'
to the 'configure' invocation and adding libedit as a dependency,
perhaps as an option triggered by an environment variable. Please
consider enabling this.
