Hello Glenn Becker,
I was going to test out mendeley using the slackbuild that you are
maintaining.  The version that is currently on slackbuilds.org requires
qt5.  The source comes with it but the slackbuild strips it.  It would
probably be easier if mendeley  was installed in the /opt directory.
