Hi all,

sorry for the unscheduled updates, but since some of the changes are
related to security updates, we need to push this ASAP.

Scripts that are updated to fix some security vulnerabilities:
- flashplayer-plugins/pepperflash-plugins
- libupnp
- c-ares
- nodejs
- webkit2gtk
- putty

We also have some script removals in this batch since they are no longer
supported by upstream, no longer working, or upstream project is gone.

There's a new hipchat2 script for those who are still using 32 bit
machine or wanted to keep the old hipchat version 2. For those who are
ready to migrate to newer version, please keep using hipchat which is
bumped to 4.x.
