[Slackbuilds-users] Upgrading postgres

   Now postgresql-9.6.2 is installed in /var/lib/pgsql/9.6/. To upgrade using
the SBo script to version -9.6.3 do I need to install it in a different
subdirectory then use pg_upgrade to transfer pointers to the binary and data
directories from the 9.6.2 location to the 9.6.3 location?

   Or, do I use pg_dumpall, upgrade micro versions, then use psql to read the
dumped data file into the new version?
