Well, it seems that we've encountered a bug with libvirt
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1416043>
that showed up after enabling polkit access checking, 
and we didn't realize that a reboot of the host was
recommended before starting libvirt like that.

Long story short, we'll be rebooting the host machine
soon. Service outage should be brief, but last time
I said that, there was a problem - cross your fingers...
